Killarney House & Gardens is a treasure of the Killarney National Park that is located on the doorstep of the town.

This painting is of the woodlands between Killarney House and The Demesne, on a glorious autumn day. The sun filters through the jewel coloured trees, splashing bright light across the leaf-strewn paths. The blue skies beautifully compliment the yellows, rusts and ochres of the season, my favourite time of year to paint!
