One of my favourite views on Sherkin, where the road stretches west into the distance above Traban beach,and out past Sleivemore. Wild flowers line the road side, and in the distance past the headland, lies Cape Clear. It’s such a wide open expansive view and I wanted to paint it big, so I chose a good size canvas, making this is a substantial and strong art piece.
