Description
The Gap Of Dunloe in Autumn. Busy hens peck for grain outside the farm cottages that have sat for centuries along the roadside and sheep graze quietly in the field. This is the famous and picturesque setting of the road that leads through the Gap of Dunloe, and on into the Black Valley, deep in the heart of South West Kerry. The mighty mountains that line this valley are part of MacGillcuddys Reeks where Irelands highest mountain Caruntoohil is found.
Painted with the palette knife creating a textured impasto.
Price includes ivory frame, framed size 46x56cm
