Weekly Classes Starting Back Mid September 2016

Oil Painting Night Classes with Tina Reed in KDYS Killarney will start back mid September 2016. Classes are for beginners and intermediate painters and run in blocks of 7 weeks through the year. Tuition is on Tuesdays or Wednesdays 6.30-8.30pm. Class size is small with 6 in the group, so there is plenty of individual attention within a group atmosphere. Classes are all step-by-step, with instruction and demonstration on colour mixing and technique as we go along.

I also have two Wednesday Morning Groups in KDYS, 9.30 to 11.30 am and 12.00pm to 2.00pm.

The classes are mostly landscape painting, and focus on using the palette knife, which is great fun, and creates a 3-D impasto effect. There is some brush work too. We work with the seasons, so we will be starting with late summer, and then on to autumn.

Canvasses are provided and also the use of easels, palette knives & brushes. Tea, coffee & biscuits are also included. Paints can be supplied for an additional €5 per class. Course cost €175 for 7 classes.
