Sometimes when I’m in the studio listening to the radio something I hear makes me mad and…I just have to text in with my tuppence worth. So this was a chat about cosmetic surgery…seemingly everyone is at it. I was surprised to hear that tbh! And they were all very serious about it, so I phoned in and told them you could look really great by taking exercise, and that costs nothing, and is better for you. So of course that led nicely on to me telling Ciara Kelly all about the big 200km foot race I’d just completed- see previous blog post 😉 Ah great to blow my own trumpet, and get the dig in about beating the hubby of course 😀
